Further to the announcement made by bwin.party digital entertainment plc ("bwin.party") on 31 October 2013 regarding certain divestiture arrangements, those divestiture arrangements have now become unconditional, and Peter C Montegriffo, as the trustee of both the Emerald Trust and Stinson Trust is now entitled to exercise the voting rights attaching to the shares in bwin.party held by Emerald Bay Limited and Stinson Ridge Limited. Ruth Monicka Parasol DeLeon and James Russell DeLeon will (respectively) continue to be beneficially interested in the bwin.party shares for as long as the Emerald Trust (in the case of Ruth Monicka Parasol DeLeon) or Stinson Trust (in the case of James Russell DeLeon) continue to own the underlying bwin.party shares, but the voting rights attaching to such shares shall be exercised in the sole discretion of Peter Montegriffo as trustee of both the Emerald Trust and the Stinson Trust.
