Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) advises that it has been notified by Westrock Resources Limited (`Westrock') that as a result of the disposal as of 2 November 2009 of 2,525,000 ordinary shares in Kryso, Westrock no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
