The Company announces, following notification today, that Mr Joseph Craven has sold a total of 8,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the disposals, Mr Craven is beneficially interested in a total of 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.67 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
