The Company was today notified that on 7 March 2012 Downing Distribution VCT 1 PLC together with PFS Downing Active Management Fund, both of Downing LLP ("Downing"), purchased 479,868 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of Boomerang ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the purchase, Downing now holds 1,144,538 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.84% of the issued share capital of the Company.
