Watermark Group PLC21 April 2006 For immediate release: 21 April 2006 Watermark Group plc (the "Company") Disclosure of Interests Watermark Group plc has received notification from AXA Investment Managers UKLtd that AXA S.A and its Group Companies, (whose registered holders include SunLife Pensions Management Ltd, Framlington HSBC, Framlington BBH Noms,Framlington SSB Noms and Framlington BONY OCS), have a notifiable interest of5,462,500 ordinary 1p shares in the Company, representing 12.25% of the issuedshare capital of the Company. The Company further announces that it has received notification that StrategicEquity Capital has a notifiable interest of 3,535,000 ordinary 1p shares in theCompany, representing 7.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
