Holding(s) in Company

Salt Lake Potash Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been notified, as a result of the share placement announced on 2 May 2017, of the following relevant changes to shareholdings in the Company:

- The Company was notified on 8 May 2017, via the filing of a Form 603 - Notice of initial substantial holder with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") , that Lombard Odler Asset Management (Europe) Limited and its affiliates have become a substantial holder (as defined by the rules of the ASX) with an interest in 11,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 6.68 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company; and

- The Company was notified on 8 May 2017, via the filing of a Form 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder with the with the ASX, that Arredo Pty Ltd's relevant interest in 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares has reduced from 8.32 per cent to 6.68 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
