Crawshaw Group plc (the "Company") (AIM: CRAW), announces that on 18 February 2013 it received notification that, following the purchase of, in aggregate, 200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 February 2013 and 15 February 20113, Stuart Hawthorne now has an interest in 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.151% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
