Chariot Oil & Gas Limited was notified today that Libra Advisors LLC has an interest in 6,624,496 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are held by the following companies to which Libra Advisors LLC acts as investment advisor:
Libra Fund LP has a beneficial interest in 5,644,071 ordinary shares
Libra Offshore Master Fund LP has a beneficial interest in 980,425 ordinary shares
