("GSInc") that GS Inc, as at close of business on 18 August 2006, was interested in,by attribution only, a total of 69,685,913 ordinary shares of 1p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") representing 18.15 per cent. of the Company'scurrent total issued ordinary share capital of 383,981,286 Ordinary Shares.
