Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 26 April 2007 that following a transaction on 25 April 2007 Lazard Asset Management LLC has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 33,253,686 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 5.069% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
