The Company received notification on 23 April 2010 from Sapfi Kapital Management GmbH that it now has an interest in 4,176,100 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.76 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's issued share capital comprises 72,514,281 ordinary shares of 1 penny each.
