("FEC") had a notifiable interest in 9,721,600 ordinary shares of10p each in the Company, representing 34.04% of the issued share capital of theCompany. This represents the entire holding of FEC in the issued share capital of theCompany. On 20 October 2006 the Company announced that it had received notification fromFEC that at close of business on 12 October 2006, FEC had an interest of9,886,600 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 34.62% of theissued share capital of the Company.
