Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L; OTC: CRWRY) was notified on 22 August 2011, that, on 19 August 2011 AEGON Asset Management UK increased its holding in the Company from 2,319,628 to 2,554,628 ordinary shares representing 9.53% of the total issued share holding of the Company. Of these voting rights 1,872,017 (6.99%) are direct, 662,800 (2.47%) are indirect and 19,811 (0.07%) are held under a Contract for Difference.
