MITIE Group PLC29 September 2005 MITIE Group PLC ("MITIE") Notification of substantial shareholding On 29 September 2005, MITIE received notification that FMR Corp. and FidelityInternational Limited and their direct and indirect subsidiaries have notifiablenon-beneficial interests in 42,794,212 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each in MITIE,which represents 13.92% of the issued share capital of MITIE. This is a decreaseof 2,496,927 shares in their holding since their last notification.
