The Company was notified on 29 December 2010 that, following a purchase of Ordinary Shares, JP Morgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. indirectly holds 8,800,000 Ordinary Shares (with an equivalent number of voting rights) which represent approximately 11.86% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
