Further to the announcement of the Placing and Open Offer, the Company was notified on 16 September 2009 that The Royal Bank of Scotland is currently interested in 16,859,658 warrants over ordinary shares of 2 pence (Ordinary Shares) each in Pure Wafer plc, which would represent 10% of the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital (assuming exercise in full of all outstanding rights to subscribe for Ordinary Shares). The warrants are exercisable at a subscription price of 2p per Ordinary Share at any time until 31 December 2029.
