PAC has received notification that Allied Irish Banks plc ("AIB") and its subsidiaries hold 921,247 ordinary shares of €0.50 each in the capital of the Company, representing 4.06% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The interest of 921,247 ordinary shares of €0.50 each consisted of:

(i) 17,220 ordinary shares of €0.50 each held by Bank of New York Nominees Limited; and

(ii) 904,027 ordinary shares of €0.50 each held by Goodbody Stockbrokers Nominees Limited.
