The Company announces that on 16 January 2017 it received a notification that Pershing Nominees Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company and simultaneously that Lawshares nominees Limited has an interest in 7,572,049 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company, representing approximately 12.79 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
