Fiske Plc was today informed that on 4 October 2013 Lynchwood Nominees Limited acquired 129,737 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 58.9 pence per share.

Following this transaction Lynchwood Nominees Limited's holds 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 3.5% of the Company's total voting rights.
