Herencia has received notice on 15 December 2014 that on 1 October 2014 Deutsche Bank AG acquired 326,640,058 Ordinary Shares in the Share Capital of the Company representing 10.08% of the Company's issued share capital.

Herencia has also received notice on 15 December 2014 that on 11 December 2014 Deutsche Bank AG disposed of such number of Ordinary Shares in the share capital of the Company, such that Deustche Bank AG no longer holds a disclosable interest in the Company.
