Sarossa Plc has now become a controlled undertaking of Richard Griffiths for DTR rule purposes. As such Sarossa Plc's shareholding in Cambian Group Plc, as shown in box 9, is now aggregated into 'Richard Griffiths and controlled undertakings' disclosures. The movement in shares in this disclosure is due to that aggregation and no further shares in Cambian Group Plc were acquired by Richard Griffiths, his controlled undertakings or Sarossa Plc as part of this disclosure.
