The Board of MMX announces that it was informed on 28 May 2015 by Frederick Krueger that he had sold 14,000,000 ordinary shares. Accordingly, based on his last disclosed interest, Frederick Krueger is now interested in 114,481,604 ordinary shares representing approximately 13.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
