We have been advised by The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07, that as of 12 August 2011 this Trust had an interest in 19,914,412 ordinary shares in Fyffes plc. This represents 6.04% of the ordinary shares currently in issue, excluding treasury shares.
