Edenville Energy plc (AIM:EDL), the coal focused African energy exploration and development company was notified on 24 Dec 2012 that Henderson Global Investors ("Hendersons") purchased a total of 4,815,236 ordinary shares of the Company on 21 Dec 2012. Consequently, Hendersons is now interested in 848,690,925 ordinary shares representing 19.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
