("RM2" or "the Company") was notified on 1 May 2015 that Woodford Investment Management LLP and Invesco Limited now have interests in total of 70,054,011 and 25,269,500 ordinary shares in the Company, respectively, representing 21.7% and 7.8% of the total issued share capital.
