30 March 2010 Corero Plc ("Corero" or the "Company") Holding in Company

The Company announces that Peter Waller, Executive Chairman of the Company, yesterday purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Corero, representing 0.33 per cent of the voting share capital of the Company, at a price of 38 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Waller holds a total of 20,600 ordinary shares, equivalent to 1.36 per cent of the voting share capital of the Company.
