Patagonia Gold announces that Arconas International Limited - Tronador ("Arconas International") subscribed for 30,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the subscription announced on 20 May 2016. Arconas International is now interested in a total of 84,139,333 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.40 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
