The Company received a clarifying notification on 2 June 2011 from Greenlight Capital, Inc. and its affiliates that they, as of 18 May 2011, collectively were interested indirectly in 8,911,500 shares in the Company representing 3.68% of the issued share capital of the Company, on the basis of an issued share capital of 242,654,486 ordinary shares of no par value.
