Holding in Company

The Company received on the 16th of October 2014 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund, Worldview Special Situations Fund, Worldview Special Opportunities Master Fund and Worldview International Management Limited (together, "Worldview Capital"), stating that Worldview Capital has an interest in 55,164,993 ordinary shares, representing 25.81% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The notification also disclosed that Worldview Capital Management SA ("Worldview Capital Management"), through a voting rights agreement entered into with Mr Lars Bader, controls voting rights over 7,773,532 ordinary shares, representing 3.63%* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The voting rights agreement provides that Worldview Capital Management is entitled to exercise all voting rights, although it is not permitted to acquire any ordinary shares.

Therefore, in aggregate, Worldview Capital and Worldview Capital Management controls voting rights over 62,938,525 ordinary shares, representing 29.44% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 213,718,250 ordinary shares.
