Mincon has been advised by Setanta Asset Management Limited, in a notification received on 2 January 2018, that as of 26 December 2017, they held 29,508,428 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the Company, representing 14.02%* of the issued share capital of the Company.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 210,541,102 ordinary shares.
