Numis Corporation Plc Employee Benefit Trust No.2 ("EBT No.2")
The Board of Numis announces that, following the transfer of 700,000 (0.65%) unencumbered Numis shares from Numis Corporation Plc Employee Share Trust No.1 to EBT No.2 on 18 March 2009, it has received notification from Halifax EES Nominees International Limited that, pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), EBT No. 2 is interested in 7,063,198 (6.53%) Numis shares.
The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number of shares in issue is 108,199,112, with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Numis is 108,199,112.
