Adamas Finance Asia Limited (AIM: ADAM), the London quoted pan-Asian diversified investment vehicle, announces it has today received notice that on 2nd August 2019 'Cachet Multi Strategy Fund SPC - Cachet Deep Value Fund SP' ("Cachet") purchased 3,300,000 ordinary shares in ADAM at a price of £0.36 per ordinary share, representing 3.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
Prior to this transaction, Cachet held no shares in the Company and therefore Cachet's total shareholding is 3,300,000 representing 3.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
