Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited is part of the InvestmentBanking Division of Credit Suisse, which is part of the Credit Suisse Group. The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and thetotal number of shares in issue is 106,252,148 with each ordinary share carryingthe right to vote.
