Mothercare plc announces that Rhone Capital L.L.C has a notifiable interest inthe voting rights of Mothercare plc. The interest of Rhone Capital L.L.C. comprises 4,847,079 Mothercare ordinary 50pshares equivalent to 5.558% of the voting rights. The Voting rights wereacquired following the acquisition of Chelsea Stores Holdings Limited byMothercare plc on 19 June 2007.
