Grainger plc announces that it has received a notification dated 19 January 2012 from BNP Paribas Investment Partners S.A. that, following a transaction on 17 January 2012, they no longer have a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the company as their holding has reduced to 12,376,197 ordinary shares of the company which is less than 3% of the total voting rights.
