The Company announces, following notification today, that Mr Joseph Craven has sold 7,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the disposals, Mr Craven is beneficially interested in 23,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.81 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Consequently Mr Craven no longer holds a notifiable interest in Sareum.
