Tecteon PLC25 July 2005 Tecteon plc ("Tecteon" or "the Company") Holding in Company Tecteon was advised on 18 July 2005 that City Equities Limited had acquired10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.42 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company. Tecteon was also advised on 18 July 2005 that City Equities Limited had disposedof 10,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and, accordingly, it no longer hasa notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company.
