Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 6th November 2007 that following a transaction on 17th October 2007 Legal & General Group PLC has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 26,646,562 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 4.06% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
