SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC HOLDING OF WARRANTS
Software Radio Technology plc (the "Company") was notified on 12 January 2007 that, following the release of the detail regarding the nominal share capital on 4 January 2007, the Strathclyde Pension Fund holds a 10.78 per cent. interest in the warrants of the Company.
The warrants are registered as Nortrust Nominees, Account GCC02, held to order for Strathclyde Pension Fund as managed by Gartmore Investment Management.
