Holding of Employee Trust

(the "Company")

PURCHASE OF COMPANY'S SHARES BY EMPLOYEE TRUST

The company has been advised that the KBC Advanced Technologies Employee Trust (the "Trust") purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") on 17 June 2011 at a price of £0.70 per Share, following which the Trust holds 719,263 Shares.

These shares will be held by the Trust in order to satisfy the future exercise of options granted to directors and employees of the Company to purchase Shares.
