Holding in Goldstone Resources Limited

Stratex, the AIM quoted gold exploration and development company, reports that Goldstone Resources Limited ("Goldstone"), in which the Company holds a significant interest, has today announced the issue of 801,550 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Goldstone Ordinary Shares") to directors of Goldstone in lieu of salaries accrued ("Fee Shares") in August 2017. This follows earlier issues of Fee Shares to Goldstone directors in June, July and August 2017 in lieu of salaries accrued in May, June and July 2017 respectively (see Goldstone announcements of 8 June 2017, 11 July 2017 and 1 August 2017). As set out in Goldstone's announcements of 3 April 2017 and 2 June 2017, the Directors have agreed, in order to preserve cash, to convert salaries and fees through to the end of September 2017 into Goldstone Ordinary Shares. Stratex's holding in Goldstone now stands at 22.97%.
