Emerging Market Minerals (AIM: EMM), the AIM listed uranium, thorium, base and precious metals and gemstones exploration and development company operating in Madagascar, announces that, on 19 December 2014, the Company received notification from Hindmarsh Marketing Limited that it is interested in 2,340,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 5.93 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
