The Company was today notified that Thornaby Limited had, on 8 October 2010, disposed of 450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following the disposal Thornaby Limited has an interest in 18,554,030 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.99 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
