Holding in Company

On 26 July 2012 the Company received notice from Resource Capital Fund V L.P. ("RCF") that it had acquired 8,357,124 Nyota ordinary shares on 25 July 2012.

Following the acquisition, RCF now holds 59,559,358 Nyota ordinary shares representing approximately 9.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital of 660,800,913 ordinary shares.
