Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification from Invesco Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following the acquisition of 65,301 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Invesco Limited is now the holder of 8,840,723 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 7.04% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
