Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, was informed on 6 June 2025 that Suay Chin International Pte Ltd ("Suay Chin") sold 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.267 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Suay Chin now holds 2,023,333,559 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.993% of the Company's issued share capital.
