Medusa has been informed today that as of 17 December 2010 FMR LLC and FIL Limited were interested in a total of 13,700,216 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 7.28% of the issued share capital of the Company and an increase in holding of 1,898,672 ordinary shares since the previous notification by FMR LLC and FIL Limited on 14 December 2010.
