Holding in Company & Total Voting Rights
SDI Group plc (AIM: SDIG.L), which designs, builds and supports integrated materials handling solutions for international retail, wholesale, fulfillment and e-commerce distribution operations, received notification on 11 July 2008 from Legal & General Group Plc that they had acquired an interest that resulted in a total holding of 3,474,157 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group, representing 3.18% of the Group's current issued share capital.
The Group confirms that it's issued share capital consists of 109,073,078 ordinary shares each with voting rights at the date of this announcement. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The figure of 109,073,078 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, SDI Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
