The Company was notified on 9 November 2009 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares in Adalta on 27 October 2009, Barclays PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, has an indirect interest in 1,762,064 of the Company's shares, representing 8.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
