Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company has been notified by Artemis Investment Management Ltd that, following the increase in the Company's issued share capital, as a consequence of the placing announced on 25 July 2008, the 10,000,000 shares held by Artemis UK Growth although unchanged in quantity, now represent 2.72% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital and is therefore no longer a notifiable interest.
